The protection of personal data has the highest priority to us. We would therefore like to inform you at this point about what data we collect and when and how we handle your personal data. This privacy notice describes the collection and processing of personal data when you visit our website www.propportdata.com (hereinafter referred to as "Website").

Data processing in general

Extent of the processing

In principle, we only process personal data of our users as far as this is necessary to provide a functional Website. The processing of personal data is only carried out with users’ consent or according to another legal basis for data processing.

If we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time without stating reasons with effect for the future.

We may also process personal data for statistical and market analysis purposes. For these purpose, statistical data on the geolocation and online behaviour of users are gathered and evaluated anonymously. Please fin further details in the respective sections of this privacy notice.

For specific services (e.g. sending e-mail newsletters) additional privacy notices may apply. We will inform you about these at the beginning of each relevant service.


Erasure and retention time

In principle and unless otherwise stated, your personal data will only be stored until the purpose personal data has been collected for has been achieved. With your consent, data may also be stored for longer, as long as you do not revoke your consent.


Furthermore, data may be stored if provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations that we are subject to. Data will also be blocked or deleted if the retention period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need to store the data further for the purpose of concluding or fulfilling a contract.

Data Processors

When carrying out our services we offer, we may cooperate with external service providers who i. a. process your personal data exclusively on our behalf. As far as legally required, we have closed agreements about the processing of personal data according to art. 28 GDPR with all such processors.

Transfer of data

Unless otherwise stated, all data processing operations take place within the EU or EEA countries.

Data processing operations carried out via third-party providers established outside the mentioned geographical area may be carried out partly or entirely in the countries of the respective branch and in accordance with the respective data protection provisions.

Any transfer of personal data outside the EU or the EEA will only take place on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission or in accordance with standard contractual clauses of the European Commission and with appropriate security measures. Data processing when visiting the Website, logfiles

When you navigate our Website, we automatically collect data relating to the process. This includes in particular the IP-address, the URLs visited, the duration of the visit, the operating system and browser used and the amount of data transferred.

We collect this data to ensure the availability of our Website. Furthermore, we use such data analyse, monitor and evaluate user behaviour in an anonymous manner and to constantly improve and further develop our service. We only store your IP address in log files for a limited period of time, as necessary for safety reasons.

The described purposes are our legitimate interest, which justifies data processing as per art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR.


Google Maps

From our website we redirect to Google Maps for visualizing our location on map. Google Maps is a service of Google Ireland Limited, a company registered and operating under Irish law with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (www.google.de [http://www.google.de]). This happens in our legitimate interest to present our services and our location in an easily accessible manner pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR and prevails in the balance of interests.

When using Google Maps, Google collects or processes data about the use of the maps functions by website visitors, which may include in particular the IP address and location data. We have no influence on this data processing, which does not take place via our Website, but only via Google Maps' own website. Insofar as information is transferred to Google servers in the USA and stored there, the American company Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. To deactivate the Google Maps service and thus prevent data transmission to Google, you must deactivate the Java Script function in your browser. In this case, Google Maps cannot be used or can only be used to a limited extent.

a) Description and scope

We implement "Google Analytics". Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. The information generated by the Google Analytics Cookie about your use of our Website is generally transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. IP anonymization has been activated on our Website: this means that the IP address of Users based within the European Union or the European Economic Area are abridged, and therefore anonymized, before being transferred abroad. Only in exceptional cases is the unabridged IP address transferred to a Google servers in the USA and shortened there. STRATO MARKETING RADAR and RANKING COACH

Strato Marketing Radar and Strato Ranking Coach are services provided by Strato AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin. Strato Marketing Radar allows us to monitor our website’s and our services’ performance, as well as our competitors’ online performance. Thanks to Strato Ranking Coach we can monitor our website’s ranking on search engines and gain information about most commonly searched keywords in connection to it. To these ends, Strato employs cookies and similar technologies allowing for the tracking of so-called "clickstreams" of users (i.e. from which source users access our website, which contents on our website interest them most, which other websites they visit etc.). In principle, such information is anonymised or pseudonymised so that no conclusion can be drawn as to your personal identity. b) Retention time, right to objection and erasure

Cookies are stored on the user's device and transmit information from the user’s device to our Website. Therefore as a user have you are in full control of cookies. By customising your internet browser settings you can deactivate or restrict the use of cookies. Cookies already stored can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. If cookies for our Website are deactivated, it may not be possible to use all the functions of the Website to their full extent.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your e-mail address in the form provided. On a voluntary basis, you can also specify your first and last name. You will then receive an automatic confirmation e-mail containing a link to the address you entered. The registration process is only complete once you click on such link.
